At 12:00 PM, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will participate in a ceremony at Military Communications Works No. 1 S.A. in Zegrze Południowe for the signing of an agreement between WZŁ-1 S.A. and the Armaments Agency for the delivery of 56 Mobile Communication Nodes (MCC) for the second phase of the "Wisła" program. The Minister of National Defence is scheduled to give a speech.
Press Conferences in the Sejm

Voting on the CPK Bill in the Sejm
Wednesday marks the beginning of a three-day Sejm session. At 10:00 AM, the oath of office for the President of the Supreme Audit Office is scheduled. At 10:05 AM, voting will commence, including on the government's draft amendment to the CPK Act (third reading).
At 10:15 AM, the second reading of a parliamentary bill aimed at reducing bureaucracy and legal barriers will take place. At 11:15 AM, the second reading of the government's draft amendment to the act on healthcare benefits financed from public funds is scheduled, concerning the launch of central e-registration.
At 12:15 PM, the second reading of the government's draft amendment to the biocidal products act is planned. The project aims to implement EU law. At 1:00 PM, the second reading of the government's draft amendment to postal law will occur, concerning the payment of compensation to the post office for losses incurred in providing services.
At 1:45 PM, the second reading of a parliamentary bill concerning the Geodetic and Cartographic Law will be held.
At 2:30 PM, 3:15 PM, and 4:00 PM, second readings are scheduled for government draft laws concerning the exchange of information with law enforcement agencies of EU member states, collective water supply, and the crypto-asset market, respectively. All these projects aim to implement EU law.
At 5:00 PM, MPs will proceed to the second reading of a parliamentary bill amending the animal protection act, which aims to introduce a complete ban on tethering dogs.
At 6:00 PM, the second reading of the government's draft law on state aid for shipowners is planned, and at 6:45 PM, the second reading of the government's draft amendment to the Polish Language Act will take place, which concerns the reduction of the necessity for mandatory translation of technical documentation for military equipment from foreign languages into Polish.
Start of the Senate Session
Wednesday also marks the first day of the Senate session, during which members of the upper house of parliament will address, among other things, deregulation projects. The start of the proceedings is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Earlier, at 10:50 AM, a briefing by the Marshal of the Senate, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, is planned.
Nawrocki in the USA
Wednesday is the final day of President Karol Nawrocki's visit to the United States. The Head of State will be in New York, where at 5:00 PM Polish time, he will meet with the President of Montenegro, and half an hour later, with representatives of the Polish media.
At 6:00 PM, a meeting between the Polish President and the President of South Korea is scheduled. At 10:30 PM, Nawrocki will participate in a high-level UN Security Council debate on artificial intelligence and international peace and security, during which the Polish President is expected to speak.
