Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in the 16th International Railway Fair TRAKO. At 10:00 AM, a walk through the exhibition grounds is scheduled, followed by the opening ceremony of the fair and a speech at 10:30 AM.

At 11:00 AM, the Pegasus Investigative Committee will hear testimony from witness no. 16 and no. 17 in a closed session.

At 12:00 PM, a press conference will be held in the Sejm by the chairman of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, and MPs Andrzej Śliwka and Zbigniew Kuźmiuk.

At 1:15 PM, Mateusz Morawiecki will attend the Congress of New Mobility in Katowice.

At 2:00 PM, a government session will commence, during which ministers will discuss changes to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) that would reduce the loan component of the program by 5.1 billion euros.

President Andrzej Duda continues his visit to the USA. At 2:15 PM Polish time, he will attend the welcome ceremony for heads of state and government by UN Secretary-General António Guterres, and at 3:00 PM, the opening of the general debate of the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly.

At 7:00 PM, the President will meet with representatives of American companies associated with the Business Council of International Understanding, and around 11:00 PM, he will speak during the general debate of the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly.

The final item on the agenda – during the night Polish time – is the participation of the Presidential Couple in a welcome reception hosted by the President of the USA and his wife.
