- We are again dealing with a strange, non-standard situation, one might say euphemistically, because the Senate has already adopted this law, and it was usually the case that this law would go to the Chancellery on the first, or at the latest the next day, in order to land on the president's desk. As of yesterday, this law was not there. This shows how the ruling camp is trying to play this issue today, so that, God forbid, the president doesn't have much time before the end of September to act on this law according to his opinion and his assessment - said Zbigniew Bogucki in an interview with Grzegorz Osiecki on "Sygnały dnia" PR1, when asked about the president's decision regarding the law that, among other things, limits the 800+ benefit for foreigners, and whether he will sign it.

- This law was passed without amendments, so it should have been submitted either that day or the next. It was processed on the 17th [of September], which was a Wednesday. It wasn't there on Wednesday, it wasn't there on Thursday. I don't know if it will arrive today - he continued.
