"You don't take someone who has said various outlandish things, irresponsible, undiplomatic things – I'm talking about Minister Sikorski here – to talk with a serious partner, or the most serious partner, which is the President of the United States," Zbigniew Bogucki said on PR1.

"I am being as delicate as I possibly can when it comes to describing Minister, Prime Minister Sikorski. Looking at what he sometimes writes or the tweets he posts, my statements are truly extremely, extremely delicate, cautious, and courteous," he continued.
