Przydacz:
A Candidate Ambassador Who Skips the President's Preliminary Consent Will No Longer Be Able to Obtain Approval During His Term
- This is an important message for all those who are being sounded out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the government regarding possible candidacies - said Marcin Przydacz at a press conference after a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister Marcin Bosacki.
- President Karol Nawrocki is speaking plainly: any person who, contrary to his preliminary consent, contrary to the positive signal that should first come from the Presidential Palace, participates in this not entirely legal procedure that bypasses regulations, involving a request for agrément from the host country, involving the foreign affairs committee, if such a person participates in this procedure while bypassing preliminary consent, will no longer be able to obtain approval for their application to be an ambassador during President Karol Nawrocki's term - he continued.
- Simply put, such a person who bypasses current practice, bypasses current tradition and truly acts by bending legal regulations solely to exert pressure, will not be able to obtain final consent for their candidacy as an ambassador - he went on to say.
