- In normal, professional diplomacy, it should be like this: a letter from the White House arrives at the Polish embassy, it is sent via diplomatic mail, and at the same time, a scan of that letter, if Mr. Director Klich has already read it, should be sent urgently to the Chancellery - said Marcin Przydacz on TVN24.
