- Every situation that requires action by the prosecutor's office will be analyzed by the prosecutor's office. - A soldier who opens fire on an enemy attacking Poland must have full legal security. And we cannot in any way allow anyone – be it the media, politicians, the opposition, or the president – to again lead to a situation where a Polish soldier or Border Guard officer, before making a decision, will wonder if they face any repercussions for it, or if someone will criticize them for it - he pointed out.
