- Perhaps we also approached it [aid to Ukrainians] with a bit of naive enthusiasm, but let's say, such was the mood of the moment – oh, one might put it that way – which is why, in many respects, these regulations, in my opinion, went too far, and certainly in this particular case, they also went too far - he continued.
