- A Polish-French initiative is not a small initiative. It is a very significant initiative because France is the second-largest economy in the EU. Its opposition is very significant, very important. And I expect that some other countries might join such a Polish-French agreement. If this agreement doesn't happen, it will be very, very difficult - she assessed.

- There is still time. As long as there hasn't been a vote in the Council of the European Union, the ball is still in play. Most likely until the end of this year - she added.
