– The Russian drone attack on September 10, 2025, was, as you well know, and as the public is now also aware, a test – a test that the Russian Federation imposed upon us. This test was intended, on the one hand, to gauge the resilience of Polish society, and on the other hand, the stability of political issues and offices within the Polish state, but also a test of our allied capabilities and our ability to react together with our partners in the North Atlantic Alliance or the European Union – stated President Karol Nawrocki during a meeting of the RBN.

He stated: – I have a strong impression that as Poland, we passed this test on September 10, 2025. However, there are also many things we should do, particularly concerning Poland's security and defense, and this Council is precisely intended to facilitate such solutions.
