"Did you know that a Polish company has already built an effective system capable of defending the sky – the Ukrainian sky – against drone attacks like the one we recently observed? But did you know that this company and other Polish companies are de facto excluded from the contract proposed by the Polish ministry?" Mateusz Morawiecki said in a recording published on social media.

"We cannot allow this. We must build a Polish air defense, anti-drone, anti-missile system. It must rely on our Polish, private manufacturers. I appeal to the ruling authorities on this. I call on ministers, I call on officials, to do everything to ensure such a system is developed here in Poland and defends our airspace," stated the former Prime Minister.
