Nawrocki Presents Another Draft Law:
Poland Cannot Sleep Through the Great Technological Revolution.
– That is why we have met today, to speak essentially about our future, about the future of the Republic of Poland. This initiative is precisely about the future. […] Today, before our very eyes, a technological revolution is taking place that will be in effect for decades to come. […] We must make a joint effort so that Poland does not sleep through the great technological revolution – said President Karol Nawrocki during the ceremony of signing the draft law on the Breakthrough Technology Development Fund.
– In my “plan 21,” when I was still a candidate, I pointed to the need to create a Breakthrough Technology Development Fund. […] This is thanks to these wonderful people, I would say: technological patriots, who since February 2025 have been preparing a comprehensive law consisting of dozens of pages and defining the needs of the Polish state around the establishment of a breakthrough technology fund – he continued.
