– I also hear about proposals for 6 tax increases prepared by the government. I consistently maintain that spreading these burdens across subsequent social groups, increasing levies and taxes, is something I do not intend to accept as President of Poland. I believe that this requires more effort from the government, the Ministry of Finance, to tighten the tax system and to take care of public finances – stated President Karol Nawrocki during a meeting of the Cabinet Council.
