– President Karol Nawrocki made a very good decision by vetoing the bill concerning privileges in social and health policy for Ukrainians residing in Poland. The ruling coalition had promised to limit the 800+ benefit for Ukrainian citizens already at the beginning of the year. As usual, they did not keep their word, and subsequently ignored the PiS parliamentary club's bill on this matter – Mariusz Błaszczak wrote on social media.

– The presidential amendment proposal also includes our proposals – in addition to limiting the 800+ benefit for Ukrainians, it also includes the absence of preferential solutions in healthcare, extending the necessary period of stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland to obtain citizenship, as well as a ban on promoting Banderism – emphasized the head of the PiS parliamentary club.
