“Preparations [for Karol Nawrocki’s meeting with Donald Trump] are underway. Minister Marcin Przydacz was in Washington last week, and a preparatory team for technical matters probably already landed in Washington today. I am also flying to Washington in a few hours,” Adam Bielan said on Polskie Radio Program 1’s “Sygnały dnia.”

“I am not an official of the Chancellery of the President, although, of course, I am in contact with both the President and his ministers. But we are primarily interested in bilateral relations with the Americans,” he continued.

As he pointed out: “At the turn of September and October, the Pentagon will publish a document regarding the reduction of American troop numbers on the European continent. We are striving to ensure that this reduction in American presence affects us to the least possible extent. Trade relations are also a factor.”
