– "We will certainly determine what kind of drone it was, what its payload was; we will establish that. However, as for the motives of those who used this drone, well, [...] that will be a subject of speculation," stated Czesław Mroczek on the TVN24 program "Jeden na jeden" (One-on-One).

– "What Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz said is very probable here, that [...] perhaps during these massive attacks on Ukraine, using drones, there might be an element of Russians reconnoitering our systems, so that is very probable," he continued.

– "Yes, [it was a provocation] but this is one of the hypotheses that must be taken into account and obviously must, meaning must be the subject of our consideration and analysis," Mroczek concluded.
