– The area of national defense and internal security should be excluded from such direct political struggle. This demand has been made for years, but the practice is entirely different, because national defense has probably become the hottest area for election campaigning in 2023. They should never have left those bars, but Minister Błaszczak made them public. – This is the issue of migration. After all, in 2023, 12,000 people crossed the Belarusian-Polish border under PiS rule. They entered Poland, moved across the country, heading for the western border. Last year, this was successfully limited to 5,000. This year, for the first half, it was about 850 people, meaning Poland has radically managed to limit the influx of illegal migration, which is organized with the support of Russian and Belarusian services. And what turns out? That now, when we have essentially brought this under control, we have the greatest emotional upheaval in Poland regarding this matter, specifically, stirred up by the opposition, by PiS – Mroczek continued.
