Bogucki on the necessity of consulting legislative proposals with the President:
The sooner those in power understand this, the better.
– It somewhat appears that way [as if the Presidential Palace were to be a third chamber of parliament], but these are the provisions of the Constitution. Of course, this is a certain mental shortcut, but the president is the final, equivalent element of the legislative process in Poland. The president's signature is not, one might say, a given. The president's signature is not some mechanical action, but is actually the conclusion of the legislative process, and the sooner those in power understand this, the better – stated Zbigniew Bogucki on Polsat News' "Graffiti".
