– Russia is once again provoking NATO states. After the drone incidents that occurred in Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, and the airspace violations that took place in almost all NATO countries […] we are once again dealing with a provocation from the Russian Federation, with a Russian drone – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference, speaking about the explosion in Łuków County.

– We are dealing with this at a particular moment when discussions about peace are ongoing, at a moment when there is hope that this war, which Russia declared […] has a chance to end; Russia is provoking once again – he continued.

– We have spoken with all services; briefings are underway at the Ministry of Interior and Administration, and the Ministry of National Defence. The cooperation of all state services – the Internal Security Agency (ABW), Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), Military Police, and the Police, who were first to intervene – as well as all our allies, who are also being kept informed, is ongoing – he further stated.

– I was also in contact with the Head of the National Security Bureau. We are, of course, in communication within the government with the Prime Minister, and with Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski, who will take appropriate diplomatic steps – he added.
