I am here also to say very clearly and loudly that we must act together, because what is happening today and what will happen in the coming days, weeks, and months is a great diplomatic game, but also a game on the Ukrainian front, concerning the future of Poland and the security of Europe. The war is ongoing there in Ukraine; let us also note that the actors are similar. There is a threat from Russia, there is an attack on the Ukrainian state, which is, after all, relatively young. There is Poland, which from the very beginning has stood guard over its own independence and Europe against this threat, supporting Ukraine in this confrontation, but the analogy is unfortunately more serious as well – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the Museum of the Battle of Warsaw 1920. The historical, enduring, and practically unchanging Russian strategy still consists of obtaining, maintaining, and gaining control over this part of the world. And this will also be the subject of the upcoming negotiations and talks. It is so important that we as Poles remain united on these matters at this time, that Europe and the West remain united, and that we do not let anyone play us off against each other. Just as it was then, during the days of the Miracle on the Vistula – he continued.
