Sasin:
I Filed a Criminal Complaint Against Tusk with the Prosecutor's Office
- Yesterday, as announced, in agreement with the leadership of the Law and Justice Parliamentary Club, I filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding criminal offenses in this matter [KPO], primarily by Donald Tusk - Jacek Sasin said at a press conference.
- Donald Tusk cannot pretend that this matter does not concern him. He cannot, as usual, shift responsibility onto others, onto civil servants, preferably low-level, mid-level ones, those who are not political officials, while it is civil servants who execute the political decisions of their superiors, the prime minister and relevant ministers - he continued.
- It is the prime minister, in accordance with Article 148 of the Constitution and detailed regulations, such as the Act on the Council of Ministers, who has the duty to supervise the work of ministries, coordinate the work of ministries, and is responsible for the decisions made in these ministries - he went on to say.
- This complaint concerns the failure to fulfill duties by Donald Tusk, the failure to properly shape oversight over these actions, which were actions highly prone to corruption, and this awareness must have existed within the government, this awareness must have existed with the prime minister and his closest circle, that there was a particular concern about the transparency of granting these subsidies - he added.
- This complaint must, of course, also concern a broader group of people, as we are likely dealing with an organized criminal group that made decisions in this matter - he emphasized.
