- The President of the Republic presented this stance, which has accompanied us for months and years, looking at the aggressive Russian policy, that only through tough language, only through concrete, tough actions can the Russian Federation be stopped, that we cannot allow the Russian Federation to decide what the borders in Europe will look like or in which directions individual states will conduct their foreign policy - said Marcin Przydacz at a press conference. - This tough policy, including sanctions against the Russian Federation, in our conviction, has led Vladimir Putin to the necessity of talks; it is clear, I believe, that without this tough policy, including in the dimension of sanctions, Vladimir Putin would not have decided to talk - he continued. - Of course, we are all waiting to see what the final outcome of these talks will be, we will probably find out soon, but Poland's stance in this regard had to be heard, as well as the conviction that the final resolution of this issue must take place with the participation of the Ukrainian state and its representatives - he added.
