"One can do nothing - that's the path PiS chose by blocking the KPO for 2 years. Or one can take the bull by the horns and undertake the implementation of Poland's largest development project within 2 years. And that's what we did" - wrote Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on X.

"In eighteen months, we signed over 824,000 agreements. And yes, with such a vast scale of investment, unfortunate agreements can unfortunately occur. In such cases, immediate action is needed - both for control and correction. And such actions have been taken" - she continued.

"An audit has been ordered, and I dismissed the head of PARP responsible for the program (2 weeks ago). Everything will be checked so thoroughly, not a mouse will slip through. It's worth emphasizing that the program causing controversy constitutes only 0.6% of the KPO - it concerns small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who suffered during COVID. The program's goal is therefore just" - the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy stated.

"We are moving forward. Because the KPO is a huge development opportunity for Poland, especially for local development, which desperately needs investment support. [...] We are checking and correcting all agreements that raise doubts. And we are boldly moving forward. With the National Reconstruction Plan" - she concluded.
