- I hope he [Waldemar Żurek] will bear responsibility for this [for suspending judges] in the future, not just political, but it's nonsense because every law that is in the Polish legal system has the attribute of so-called Presumption of Constitutionality. Until the Constitutional Tribunal, as the only constitutionally authorized entity in Poland, invalidates this constitutionality with its ruling - stated Andrzej Duda on TV Republika.

- Mr. Żurek's words are completely unfounded. As I said, from a legal and constitutional standpoint, it is plain gibberish and he should be ashamed as a lawyer to say such things - he continued.
