"With his decisions, he has already committed his first offenses, in connection with which we will file a notification with the prosecutor's office, which he now oversees, but what is recorded will remain in the registers, the statute of limitations is long, and the time will come for the enforcement of criminal law in Poland, also against former judge Żurek" - stated Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference. "Minister Żurek has, in our assessment, committed an offense by deciding to dismiss presidents, suspend presidents and vice-presidents of courts. Firstly, because he did so based on solutions that were challenged by a judgment issued in an open hearing by the Constitutional Tribunal last year" - he continued.
