- It is also time to declare a true alert for all services, because we have no doubt today that this Russian activity also concerns certain organized political circles, and that destabilizing the situation at the borders, an attempt to paralyze the work of our services, is very close to drastic acts of sabotage, such as attempted arson or beatings. Anyone who destabilizes the Polish state or tries to destabilize the situation at the borders is directly, for which there are many indications, or indirectly an accomplice of Russian services, and therefore we will act ruthlessly - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government meeting.

- I have appealed to the ministers, Minister Siemoniak and Minister Kierwiński, and Minister Żurek, to undertake even more intensive and energetic actions aimed at both preventing risks and apprehending all those who attack the Polish state with Russian money - he continued.
