President-Elect's Wishes for the PSL:

May the Good of the Homeland and the Prosperity of Citizens Always Be Their Highest Mandate.

130 years ago - on July 28, 1895, the People's Party was founded, operating under the name PSL since 1903. It made great contributions to awakening national consciousness among the peasantry, to the resurrection of Poland in 1918, and to the defense of its existence two years later - wrote Karol Nawrocki on social media. Its most important leader and three-time Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Wincenty Witos, considered one of the Fathers of Independence, should be a role model for all politicians, also in that even in the most difficult circumstances, one can oppose evil and refuse cooperation with the enemies of Poland - he noted. On this day, I thank all those noble populists who are no longer with us, and I wish the still active activists, including those in today's PSL, that the good of the homeland and the prosperity of citizens always be their highest mandate - he added.
