Mr. MP Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz, if the Polish prosecution is, as you stated in "Graffiti" in conversation with Marcin Fijołek, independent of the Prosecutor General and dependent on "PiS prosecutors," then where did the following proceedings come from? - Adam Bodnar wrote on social media. Charges against the former prime minister and 7 members of the Council of Ministers, a motion to lift the immunity of the First President of the Supreme Court, 11 lifted parliamentary immunities, 7 indictments holding the PiS lawlessness accountable, dozens of revealed and prosecuted perpetrators of crimes, hundreds of charges filed - behind each of these cases stand specific, independent prosecutors.
