Indictment Filed Against Braun; Bodnar Announces More to Come

- The first indictment against Grzegorz Braun was filed today with the District Court in Praga-Południe - informed Adam Bodnar.

- This is the result of proceedings in which the first request to lift G. Braun's immunity in the European Parliament was executed. G. Braun is accused of 7 offenses - the minister stated.

- Two more requests to lift G. Braun's immunity are currently being processed. We also have a recently initiated proceeding concerning Holocaust denial - he informed.

Do Sądu Rejonowego Praga-Południe trafił dziś pierwszy akt oskarżenia przeciwko Grzegorzowi Braunowi.

Jest to wynik postępowania, w ramach którego zrealizowany został pierwszy wniosek o uchylenie immunitetu G. Brauna w Parlamencie Europejskim.
