A session of the Parliamentary Team of the Border Defense Movement, established by PiS MPs, took place in the Sejm. The leader of the Border Defense Movement, Robert Bąkiewicz, participated in the meeting.

- I would like to thank you for your service at the border of the Republic of Poland, for your commitment and patriotism, which is expressed in this way. I extend these thanks to Robert Bąkiewicz, and I also warmly welcome each of you to the Polish Sejm and thank you - said Mariusz Błaszczak.

- I would like to sincerely thank my colleagues from the PiS parliamentary club for their activity. Last week [...] we were on Poland's western border. [...] We conducted checks in the Border Guard. The conclusion from these checks is one: the Border Guard under the rule of the 13th of December coalition is not in good shape. Lots of vacancies. When I heard that on the other side of the border there are three times more positions than on the Polish side [...] what are we telling people? - he asked.

- I asked what orders the Border Guard has. Does the Border Guard have orders not to accept those who are being brought in by the Germans? No. They have to accept them. I have no complaints about the Border Guard; they are officers, serving; they act on orders. But who issues the order? The government, the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Prime Minister - he indicated.

- But can Prime Minister Tusk, who is so subservient to Germany, issue an order to the Border Guard to send back migrants brought in by German services? No, he cannot, because that is the essence of his functioning. He is subservient to the Germans - he stated.

- For my part, I wanted to assure you that the PiS parliamentary club is ready to support you if legal support is needed. [...] The actions you have undertaken are worthy of the highest recognition, the highest respect. I appeal to you not to cease these actions, to continue to be active - he appealed.
