- You know, his political credo is subservience, absolute subservience to Germany. And we have clear examples of this, because it's simply unheard of for one country to push thousands of migrants, illegal migrants, frankly, we don't know who they are, but in any case, people who can disrupt the safety of Poles and in many cases already are disrupting it, onto another country, formally part of the same military alliance and organization like the EU, with which these countries are bound by various agreements, in a completely unfounded manner – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- The fact that the German government, former Chancellor Merkel, made fatal decisions back then, is not our responsibility, and we have no reason to bear its heavy consequences. And such consequences will arise, which is why we cannot, under any circumstances, remain indifferent to this act, to the fact that the government we have today lies, that Tusk himself lies in a simply unheard-of manner, claiming that actually, no one knows what is happening, or that nothing is happening – he continued.

“Tusk’s policy is not the policy of an independent state, but a subordinate one.”

- This is not just a matter of immigration, illegal immigration, and the threats associated with it. It is also a matter of Poland's sovereignty and independence. Because Tusk’s policy is not the policy of an independent state, but a subordinate one, which is no longer even a junior partner, as is often said in journalism or political science, it is simply subservient. It does not react to actions that, under normal circumstances, should be immediately stopped by Polish authorities with a decisive and unambiguous reaction. Some claim: there are no legal grounds for this – the PiS leader emphasized.

- There are legal grounds, because in reality, we are unable to determine who these people are, but we propose this solution, that is, a law, a draft for now, but it is very easy to enact, there is no doubt that the currently serving President Andrzej Duda and the future president Karol Nawrocki, if this were to be prolonged, would sign this law, granting the Polish state, and in practice the Minister of Interior, the authority to establish by ordinance a list of countries from which we do not accept citizens – he added.

- In short, so that we apply this method, which is used in the world, by the USA among others, and this will give our services full legal grounds to resist – said Jarosław Kaczyński.

“A motion for a referendum is needed.”

- We will continue this, and it can be said that it is progressing, there are more and more signatures [under the motion for a referendum], and a moment will come, I cannot say exactly what day it will be right now, but not a very distant one, when we will submit this motion. This motion is very much needed – he added.
