I proposed an incidental act that was meant to resolve the entire dispute that was ongoing in Poland regarding the validity or invalidity of the presidential election - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.
- If someone today accuses me of behaving inappropriately in the matter of this chamber, let them first look to themselves and ask if any law has appeared in the Sejm over the last 1.5 years that would regulate the status of the Supreme Court and the Chamber of Extraordinary Review and Public Affairs. I have not received such a bill on my desk, neither from the Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar, nor from any other entity authorized to come up with similar solutions - he continued.
