Tusk Speaks on Border Issues and Announces Briefing:
I've Addressed the German Government and Personally Spoken to the Chancellor.
- Today, I will have a briefing with the leadership of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Border Guard, as well as the army and police. We will assess the situation at all borders, and it's necessary to separate two issues. One, exceptionally unpleasant, concerns actions designed to show that Poland is being flooded with illegal migrants from the west, which is not true. There are cases we are currently investigating in detail. I have also addressed the German government, personally speaking to Chancellor Scholz, informing him that every such case will be investigated, and the consequence will be the refusal of entry to anyone, including from the German side - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference at the PSE headquarters.
