We May Soon Expect a Visit from the New Polish President to the White House and a Visit from the US President to Warsaw
- I have already told President Karol Nawrocki what is obvious from my point of view regarding Polish politics. The duty of every President of the Republic of Poland is to strengthen Polish-American ties - said President Andrzej Duda at a press conference.
- I listen with pride when some experts say that today Polish-American relations are the best they have ever been in our history, especially after '89. This is a great compliment for me, because I truly feel that I have been building these relations over the years with successive presidents of the United States - he continued.
- I am pleased that President Donald Trump received Karol Nawrocki, even as a candidate in the elections, at the White House. This is a great forecast for me. I believe we can soon expect both a visit from the new Polish president to the White House and a visit from the President of the United States to Warsaw. Of course, the dates will be arranged, but I assume it will happen soon - he went on to say.
