Today is the moment to swiftly pass President Duda's constitutional proposal

First and foremost, it is a reminder to the Polish political class that politics is a matter of deadly seriousness, because some have forgotten this, for example, after Russia's attack on Georgia in 2008 or after the war in Ukraine began in 2014 – stated Marcin Mastalerek in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24. At that time, Donald Tusk's government did not draw conclusions, did not increase defense spending, and today is the moment to swiftly pass President Duda's constitutional proposal, a minimum of 4% defense spending. Why? Because some irresponsible politicians in the future, when the situation in the world is calmer, will want to lower defense spending again – he continued. I appeal once again to Szymon Hołownia to do it as soon as possible – he added.
