Tusk:

No One in Poland Should Question the Validity of Presidential Elections

- At the National Security Council, I very clearly raised the issue of election credibility. Both the president and president-elect Karol Nawrocki were present in the room, as were I, the Prime Minister, and ministers, and the heads of parliamentary factions. Therefore, I considered it absolutely necessary to reiterate two fundamental points regarding the presidential elections – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a statement after the RBN meeting.

- No one in Poland should question the result of the presidential elections. It cannot be the case that anyone, due to suspicions, considers these elections invalid, or that they need to be repeated. This is certainly not the role of the Prime Minister or the government in any way – he continued.
