This is unacceptable from a legal standpoint - said Maciej Berek in "Pytanie dnia" on TVP Info. - There has never been a statement from the government questioning the validity of these [presidential] elections. Moreover, it is not the government's responsibility to assess the correctness and validity of the electoral process. The Supreme Court will rule on this, the judges. This is how it is supposed to work, it is to be separated from the executive branch - he continued. - However, everyone has the right to file a protest and point out any shortcomings, if they believe there were any. […] It is forbidden to deprecate this, it is forbidden to call this a return to communism. This is unacceptable coming from a lawyer - he assessed.
