"The Supreme Court is receiving election protests alleging irregularities in the preparation of voting protocols and during the counting of votes in selected circuit election commissions. Such protests, if they meet the formal requirements, are substantively reviewed" - reads a statement from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court announced that it has "admitted evidence from the inspection of ballot papers to determine the number of valid votes cast for individual candidates for the office of the President of the Republic of Poland." This concerns a dozen or so circuit election commissions, including PEC No. 9 in Strzelce Opolskie and PEC No. 17 in Gdańsk. "The Supreme Court has decided to conduct the above evidence through judicial assistance by the competent district courts" - it was noted in the Supreme Court's statement.
