Prime Minister Trzaskowski? An Interesting Proposition, I Like It
- In the Prime Minister's place, I would invite Rafał Trzaskowski to actively participate in this new chapter, this coalition restart. He is the custodian of 10 million votes that were cast - Szymon Hołownia said on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
When asked if it would be better if Rafał Trzaskowski became Prime Minister, he replied: - I think it's an interesting proposition. Having such a strong mandate, over 10 million votes - people voted for Trzaskowski, not for Donald Tusk, with all due respect to Donald Tusk.
- If Rafał Trzaskowski, for example, were to take over as Prime Minister now - PiS would be thrown into disarray, to put it bluntly. Because they are so obsessed with this vision of fighting Tusk that they are unable to handle such a situation. Besides, there would be a new Prime Minister for a new President. It's a completely different opening - he assessed.
- But what's the point of me liking [such an idea] - the interested parties themselves have to like it too. [...] Such voices [about changing the Prime Minister] have indeed emerged in discussions over the past week, including discussions with the Prime Minister - let the Prime Minister speak on this matter - he stated.
