– Yesterday, information emerged that the Prime Minister intends to submit a motion of confidence in his government. It was reported that this was to happen quickly. I convinced the Prime Minister that we should wait a moment for this, until we are able to not only demonstrate that we have a majority in the Sejm, which we already do, but are also able to show a new quality in what we truly want to do in Poland today – stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

– Therefore, I proposed to the Prime Minister that we consider his motion of confidence during an additional Sejm session, which I will convene for next Tuesday, June 10th. That entire day will be dedicated, perhaps not exclusively, but it is a significant undertaking – he continued.
