PSL Backs Trzaskowski in Presidential Runoff; Kosiniak-Kamysz Pledges 'Full Cooperation'
– I wanted to first announce the decision of the Polish People's Party, our Supreme Executive Committee, which unanimously endorses Rafał Trzaskowski for President of the Republic of Poland – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a joint press conference with Rafał Trzaskowski.
– We endorse him, we will support him […]. Poland needs cooperation, understanding. Not blind unification on every topic, but brotherhood and solidarity on the most crucial issues. A matter of immense importance, a truly decisive issue for the future of our homeland […] is security – he continued.
– There must be good cooperation between the government and the president, between the Minister of National Defence and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces. I declare full cooperation with President Rafał Trzaskowski – he added.
