The President of the Personal Data Protection Office announced that he has initiated proceedings ex officio concerning the disclosure of Jerzy Ż.'s personal data by Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki.

In the program “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News, Rafał Trzaskowski was asked if he should not have acted more carefully when sharing the post with the data.

– Yes, we should have. I discussed this with my team. Moreover, that post has been removed. Politicians from PiS were handing out that personal data left and right, but no one else should have provided that data. That is why that post was removed – stated the candidate.

– We need to protect personal data and pay attention to it. I drew my people's attention to it. And that's it, in such a moment, one must behave as we did – he added.
