– Interest rates finally lowered. Better late than never. It will be easier to get an apartment. Without context – Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on the X portal.

The head of government referred to the decision of the Monetary Policy Council, which lowered the NBP interest rates by 0.50 percentage points. Thus, the NBP reference rate fell to 5.25%.
