Mentzen's Lengthy Post:

Today History Could Repeat Itself. If We Don't Learn from It, We'll Wake Up Too Late Again.

Michał Olech

In 1791, Poles tried to save their own state and enacted the Constitution of May 3rd. Unfortunately, it was already too late. Years of disputes, quarrels, and egoism led to the destruction of Poland from within. Today, history could repeat itself. If we don't learn from it, we'll wake up too late again. Poland's sovereignty and independence depend on the condition of our state. I don't want future generations to ask us: why did you allow this? – Sławomir Mentzen wrote on social media.

That is why I say clearly: enough of the fruitless war over the courts, enough of the POPiS politics that is destroying Poland from within. Two parties are consciously destroying our state for their own benefit. They place their interests above the interests of Poland and Poles. They are weakening Poland, bringing joy to Moscow and Berlin – wrote the Confederation candidate.
