– 47 days ago, I submitted a proposal here, in the Polish Sejm, to amend the Constitution by stipulating that Poland will spend a minimum of 4% of its GDP annually on its security and defense. I hope this proposal will finally be considered, as it is a fundamental issue for our security. I wish the ministers and the prime minister would finally stop talking and start acting. I wish we would implement these fundamental matters that will also secure the level of military spending for the future – stated President Andrzej Duda in the Sejm.
