Kamiński and Wąsik Fail to Appear Before Pegasus Commission; Decision Made on Penalty Requests and New Hearing Date

Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik did not appear before the Pegasus special investigative committee. The committee voted to request the court to impose penalties (each up to a maximum of PLN 3,000).

“This is the second date set for Messrs. Kamiński and Wąsik […] after a potential third no-show, we will be requesting the withdrawal of immunity by the European Parliament,” said committee chairwoman Magdalena Sroka.

The next hearing date for Kamiński and Wąsik is May 9, 2025.
