– An absurd response from TVP. If not Public Television, then who is organizing this debate? Rafał Trzaskowski's campaign? – wrote Szymon Hołownia on the X platform, publishing a photo of the response his campaign manager received from TVP.

In the letter signed by the head of TVP, we read, among other things: – The event […] does not constitute a debate as described in Article 120 § 1 of the Electoral Code. Telewizja Polska is neither its initiator nor host, nor does it have any influence on the number of its participants. At the same time, it is worth emphasizing that a television broadcast of a debate between two candidates is not only legally permissible but actually necessary and in line with the mission of a public broadcaster.
