– We are seeing a persistent return to the program of housing loan subsidies, this time it appeared a few days ago on the government's work schedule under the slogan "First Keys". […] It seemed that we had already succeeded in winning against the government, that there would be no further program to stimulate housing prices, but the government is not giving up and is preparing such a program – said Krzysztof Bosak at a press conference.

– We remain consistently skeptical. We believe that if we want to solve the housing problem, we need to support supply, meaning that more, cheaper, easier, and faster housing should be built, leading to price decreases, rather than supporting loans where money [….] goes to developers and banks – he continued.

– Why is the government so stubborn on this issue? In our opinion, this is no accident. Let's recall, according to data reported by the media, including the bankier.pl portal, as much as 1/3 of contributions to the Civic Platform's account are from people associated with the real estate sector […]. From July 1, 2022, to September 2024, these contributions amounted to over 5.5 million PLN […]. Very large sums have also been received by the PSL accounts – he went on to say.

– We do not believe in the effectiveness of the program the government is preparing, we consider it to be another harmful program, we believe that developer influence in parties such as Civic Platform and PSL is behind this, we want a completely different policy and we will prepare and implement such a policy – he added.
