– I wanted to ask for the convening of the Convention of Seniors, and this is for the purpose of convening an extraordinary session of the Sejm to discuss a problem that I believe is significant, namely what humanism means in a fighting democracy. What is the relationship of this humanism to sadism. Because on the one hand, we have the humanitarian decision to release the murderer Cyba, who killed one person and attempted to kill another, and it was very close that he succeeded – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in the Sejm.

– And on the other hand, we have the mistreatment of women, two ladies from the Ministry of Justice in an exceptionally vile manner, indeed Urban-esque. We currently have the mistreatment of Ms. Wójcik and, what's worse, also of her very seriously ill son. We are also dealing with the death of the late Barbara Skrzypek due to a shameful interrogation, and here in the chamber, one could say, we have the chief sadist, Giertych, a certain Giertych. Because it was his man, his lawyer, who mistreated her the most during that interrogation – he continued.

– We must answer the question whether a fighting democracy means abandoning all rules of European civilization, or if something still remains. I am a proponent of the conviction that all have already been abandoned, but it is worth discussing – added the PiS chairman.
