– Our trade relations should become increasingly closer and more stringent. We don't need tariffs, we need a trade agreement. We should do absolutely everything to bring the USA and the EU, the USA and Poland as close as possible. This is because we are an absolute superpower, because we are each other's most important trading partners, because together we create the majority of wealth, much more unites us than potentially divides us, and whenever we have been together, we have succeeded – stated Rafał Trzaskowski during a meeting with entrepreneurs at AmCham.

– The more our economic ties develop, the more they will contribute to the development of prosperity both in the USA and in Poland, both in the USA and in the EU. Therefore, it is worthwhile for us to strengthen our ties and eliminate trade barriers, rather than adding trade barriers or imposing new tariffs – said the KO candidate for president.

– This is a situation that, in Polish, is described as "win-win", everyone wins from this, and it's important to remember that – he added.
